Billing & refund policy

This policy applies to the subscriptions and services sold by Moed Tech LLC, including Factor Q.
Billing
Subscriptions are charged at checkout, or when a free trial ends, and renew automatically each month or year until canceled.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and you keep access until then. No further charges are made.
Refunds
Free trials let you evaluate our products before paying, so all subscription payments are final and non-refundable, including partial periods. The only exception is charges made in error, such as duplicate charges or charges after cancellation, which we refund in full if reported within 30 days.
Custom development
Payment and refund terms for custom development are defined in each project agreement.
Disputes
If you don't recognize a charge, email soporte@moedtech.com before opening a dispute with your bank. We respond within 2 business days.
